My
uncle, who was a good welder and "well-known in narrow circles," had
a great influence on my choice of profession. However, I finally understood
that welding was my thing when I graduated from college and started working in
a production facility that manufactured stainless steel containers. I saw how
the guys - argon welders - worked, how the welds could be really beautiful, and
I wanted to learn how to do it too.
Nowadays, the most important thing for me is development. I love my job and want to achieve the highest possible results in it. I enjoy looking at my work from the outside and evaluating my progress. I also take criticism calmly and attentively - without it, development is impossible, and there is always something to improve.
